In that view of the matter, the order dated 10/05/2024 passed below Exh. 281 along with Exhibit 234 and Exhibit 247 in Special Civil Suit No. 104 of 2015 rendered by the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Sangli is hereby quashed and set aside. 3.

The concerned Court, after considering the rival submissions of the litigating sides, shall pass a fresh order in accordance with law.

Since the suit is of the year 2015, the concerned Court is requested to make an endeavour to decide the suit at the earliest. 5.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. 6.

In view of disposal of Petition, Interim Application does not survive and stands disposed of.
