The petitions claim right to the property by way of adverse possession on account of which suit is already filed before Civil Court, which is pending, in which an application for injunction is also said to have been filed, which is not yet decided. The learned counsel for the petitioner in view of the above, seeks to withdraw the petition, as he intends to prosecute the civil suit and any other remedy, which may be available to the petitioner in law. The only request is to continue the interim relief dated 26.06.2024, granted by the Principal District Judge, Diu (page 83), for further period of three weeks to enable the petitioner to get the application for injunction decided. Statement is accepted. The petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. The interim protection granted by the order 26.06.2024 is continued for a period of three weeks beyond 12.07.2024. It is made clear that upon the expiry of the aforesaid period, the protection shall come to an end automatically.
