P.C. :- 1) Motion is made for speaking to the minutes of order dated 10 July 2024.

2) In paragraph No.6 of the order this Court has directed the Petitioner - Defendant to deposit the arrears of interim compensation from the date of the decree in three equal installments on 10 August 2024, 10 September 2024 and 10 October 2024. It is therefore clarified that, the said deposit in three equal installments would be in respect of the period from the date of decree till 30 October 2024.

3) The Petitioner - Defendant shall thereafter continue to deposit interim compensation of Rs.50,000/- per month from November 2024 on the tenth day of each month.
