Mr. P. G. Lad, learned counsel for the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority ("MHADA") submits without prejudice that the Petitioner who claims to be a co-owner of the property may submit a building proposal within a month from today with full particulars/details etc.

We clarify that we have not gone into the issues of the maintainability of the said proposal from the Petitioner or otherwise. Therefore, all contentions of all the parties are kept open. The proposal will have to be considered in accordance with law and on its own merits.
