PATIL, JJ DATE : 18th JULY, 2024 P.C. :- The present writ petition is filed by the petitioners raising a grievance that Revision Application No. RTS 3619/943 of 2016 filed by them before the State Government was closed for orders after hearing the parties. However, till date, they have not received any communication from the Co-operation Department of the State Government.

Ms.Srivastava, learned A.G.P. appearing for the State submits that the matter was heard by the then Minister for Revenue and now there is change in the order. Hence, the revision application would be required to be heard again. 3.
In view of the aforesaid, the respondent no.1 to hear all the parties after giving them due notice and decide RTS No. 3619/943 of 2016 on merits within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of with aforesaid directions. 5.
