After hearing for sometime when the query was put to the learned counsel for the petitioner as to how he would demonstrate, that land admeasuring 985.90 Sq. Mtrs., on which, Jalpari Apartment was constructed in respect of which the petitioner society has been registered, he submits, that there is a separate City Survey Sheet recording this. He also states that since there are multiple buildings in respect of which separate societies have been registered, all have been independently allotted various pieces of land, which also indicate sub-division of the entire layout.
