He submits that the matter has proceeded further before the Additional Divisional Commissioner, Konkan Division, since there is no stay order granted by this Court. 3) Since none appears on behalf of the petitioner/licensee, stand over to 30th June, 2025. Matter to come up under the caption of 'Dismissal'.
