Ms. Sothe, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to approach the Civil Court for grant of appropriate ad-interim/interim reliefs, as the Petitioner has already ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL instituted a Civil Suit.

The learned Counsel submits that, in the meanwhile, the execution and operation of the impugned order be stayed for a reasonable period to facilitate the Petitioner to approach the Civil Court. Leave granted with liberty as prayed for.

The Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

To facilitate the Petitioner to approach the Civil Court for appropriate ad-interim/interim reliefs, the execution, operation and implementation of the impugned order shall remained stayed for a period of six weeks from today.

It is hereby made clear that, this Court has not entered into the merits of the claim in the Petition and the Civil Court is requested to decide the Application for ad-interim/interim reliefs on its own merits and in accordance with law, without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove and withdrawal of this Petition.
