By order dated 12th July 2024, by an ad-interim direction the petitioner was directed to deposit 25% of the outstanding amount as indicated in the notice issued under Section 13(2) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, 2002. 3.
Today learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Demand Draft for an amount of Rs.15 lakhs is kept ready. He seeks further time to deposit the balance amount in terms of paragraph 3 of the order dated 12th July 2024.

Since the date for taking possession is 21st August 2024, only

The Demand Draft of Rs.15 lakhs is permitted to be deposited with the respondent no.2 - Bank. The balance amount in terms of the paragraph 3 of the order dated 12th July 2024 shall be deposited by 19th August 2024.
