Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 30.09.2024. The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent No.1. 2.

Considering the order of this Court dated 30th July, 2024 passed in Writ Petition Nos. 2539 of 2024 and 2651 of 2024, at Aurangabad and the order passed at the Nagpur Bench dated 28th March, 2024 in Writ Petition No. 1810 of 2024, for the same reason, the service of the Petitioner would continue until further orders. In view of his statement, the Petitioner would not be entitled for salary/monetary benefits unless so ordered by the Court. He would tender an affidavit undertaking in this Court and submit a copy to the employer within 15 days from today, declaring that he would not claim any salary, perks, monetary benefits, until further orders from this Court.
