This is second petition for the same relief to direct Respondents to transfer the Petitioner. We note that the Petitioner had also approached the Ex-Member of Legislative Assembly (ExMLA) who has written in favour of the Petitioner to concerned Hon'ble Minister.

The Petitioner had earlier directly filed writ petition without a requirement. Therefore, we had disposed of the same stating that the Petitioner needs to make an application. This application is now being processed at the level of the State Government. It appears that the State has already called for explanation from the concerned Chief Executive Officer in respect of recommendation to treat the case as a special case made by the Ex-MLA.

No formal rejection of Petitioner's request is on record and since the matter is under process of the State Government and other authorities we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition at this stage.
