1) Mr. Vyas the learned Additional Solicitor General submits that the Executing Court is now in the process of hearing the objections raised by the Petitioner to execution of the decree and in that view of the matter he seeks to leave to withdraw the Petition. He would however raise an apprehension that withdrawal of the present Petition might be considered adverse to the contentions of the Petitioner in the execution application. 2) Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of.
