Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

Mr. Damle, learned Senior Advocate for the Petitioners submits that, in the intervening period, the amount in respect of the disbursal of which the Petitioners/Plaintiffs were seeking restraint, has been disbursed. In view of the aforesaid development, the Writ Petition has been rendered infructous. 3.

Mr. Damle, learned Senior Advocate for the Petitioners, further submits that the application for interim injunction is still subjudice before the Trial Court.

The Trial Court shall decide the said application for interim injunction without being influenced by the observations in the order dated 4 July 2024, which is impugned in this Petition.
