It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that when the proceedings were pending before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal an order of status-quo was passed on 27th March 2024 which continued till the disposal of the original applications. The Original Applications were decided on 5th July 2024. The request for continuing the order of status-quo was refused. It is informed that impugned judgment was uploaded yesterday. 2.
