The learned counsel for the petitioner states that with the directions issued in our order disposing of Writ Petition No. 22336 of 2024 will cover the relief sought for in the present petition.

Accordingly, Writ Petition No. 9891 of 2024 is disposed of in terms of the decision rendered in Writ Petition (L) No. 22336 of 2024 and by issuing the same directions. 7.
The Rule in this petition is made absolute without any cost order. All concerned to act on authenticated copy of this order.
