CORAM

DATED:

15th July 2024 PC:- 1.

A praecipe was sent by email that was responded to and the date was assigned to 24 July 2024. By suppressing this fact, yet another praecipe was moved this morning and urgent production was sought for. Upon granting such production, we realised that the date had already been assigned as 24 July 2024. This fact was neither mentioned at the stage of production nor referred to in the production praecipe. This is not at all proper. If this continues then this system for urgent circulation, production etc. will completely collapse. This system is based upon the trust that the praecipe will disclose true and complete facts.

502-WP-9899-2024.DOCX 2.

Accordingly, list this matter on 24 July 2024 which is the originally assigned date and require the petitioner to pay a cost of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only). Learned counsel for the petitioner states that such cost could be paid to Tata Memorial Centre (Cancer Hospital).

3.

Accordingly, we direct the petitioner to pay Rs.10,000/- towards cost to the Tata Memorial Centre (Cancer Hospital) before the next date and a receipt of the same must be placed on record. (Kamal Khata, J) (M.S. Sonak, J) 15th July 2024
