The Petitioner has preferred this Petition for seeking a direction to the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner, Solapur to decide the pending Change Reports, within a time frame. 2.

We have consistently held that merely because a litigant approaches the High Court for framing a time line, does not mean that this Court should pass orders and direct the adjudication in the pending Talwalkar

2 907.WP9904.2024.odt proceedings, by jumping the queue and by granting 'out of turn' hearing. All litigants are equal in the eyes of law and all are waiting in queue for adjudication of their pending proceedings. In these circumstances, we are not inclined to treat the cases of this Petitioner as special cases for being granted an out of turn hearing.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. 4.

Needless to state, that the learned Assistant Charity Commissioner, Solapur would consider the pendency before him and depending upon the dates on which the Change Reports have been filed, he would proceed to deal with the Change Reports in queue as per the date of lodging of the proceedings.
