The only grievance is that though the revision, pending before the respondent No.1, has been directed to be decided by TALLE SHUBHAM ASHOKRAO him within 6 months, by the order dated 19.04.2022, passed by TALLE SHUBHAM ASHOKRAO Date: 2024.07.22 14:30:43 +0530 the learned Division Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No. 171 of 2022 (page 54), consequent to which it is stated that the revision has already been heard and closed for orders on 05.12.2022, as per the statement learned counsel for the petitioner, no orders have yet been passed.

This in fact, would be sufficient for this Court, to take notice of, Shubham Talle

21-WP-9933-2024.doc by issuing contempt notice to the respondent No.1. 3.

However, at the request of learned AGP, list the matter on 25.07.2024. It is made clear that in case the status of the matter is not informed, the Court shall be constrained to take suo moto cognizance in that regard.
