It is contended that the absence of the petitioner and his counsel, on 02.09.2021 and 13.10.2021 was on account of Covid-19, which has resulted in dismissal of Appeal No.A/18/145 by the learned State Consumer District Redresssal Commission, Maharashtra, Mumbai, by the order dated 13.10.2021 (page 110), a challenge to which before the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi has been dismissed by the impugned order dated 13.09.2023, which does not even consider the reasons for delay (page 28).
