The Petitioner is an ex-employee of the Respondent-Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. The Petitioner has sought various directions such as to examine and investigate into the functioning of the Corporation. In fact the averments in the Petition would show that there were allegations against the Petitioner and thereafter the Petitioner has resigned.

We find no locus in the Petitioner to seek the reliefs as sought for. The Petition is neither a service dispute nor a public interest litigation. In a public interest litigation full disclosure have to be made. akn 1/2

If the Petitioner had any grievance regarding his service with the Respondent - Corporation it was open for the Petitioner to agitate the grievance before the appropriate forum.

The Writ Petition is accordingly rejected.
