P.C.:- 1) Mr. Patil, learned Advocate appearing for Respondent No.1 raised a preliminary objection and submitted that, against the impugned Order dated 22nd May, 2024 there is a remedy of substantive Appeal under Section 35 of the Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance And Redevelopment) Act, 1971 and without exhausting the said remedy, the Petitioner has directly approached this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

2) Mr. Jahagirdar, learned Senior counsel for the Petitioner seeks time to ponder upon the objection.
