The petition questions the order dated 31.01.2024 passed by the learned Joint Charity Commissioner ((Page-53) directing the Superintendent to lodge a complaint on account of the fact, that no Change Report dated 25.01.2018 bearing C.R. No.02/2018 by the petitioners was ever filed. The learned Joint Charity Commissioner before issuing the said directions has obtained the report of the Superintendent of his office in writing which indicates substance in the claim of the aforesaid C.R. by SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Date:

Learned counsel for the petitioners has not been able to point anything to indicate that the said change report inquiry, was indeed initiated by the petitioners with the office of the Joint Charity Commissioner which could have been indicated by the entries in the filing register or the order sheets, considering which I do not see any reason to interfere in the impugned order. The petition is dismissed. No costs.
