However, the bailiff report shows that as regards service to Respondent No.4, Respondent No.4 was not found and service of Respondent No.4 was made on Respondent No.5. Obviously, the endorsement made by the Registry is without examining the bailiff report. Such incorrect remark can have serious consequences. Registrar (Judicial) will call for a report from the concerned as regards this incorrect endorsement. Stand over to 17 October 2024.
