In terms of our order dated 24th November 2025, Mr. Walimbe, the learned AGP, has obtained instructions and submitted that revenue authorities have carried out the measurement of the land in question and thereafter issued order dated 28th November 2025. Therefore, now it is for the competent Civil Court to pass the final decree in the matter.

If that be so, nothing further survives for adjudication in the writ petition. We, therefore, close the writ petition by granting 2nd December 2025

50 WP 9997.24.DOC liberty to the Petitioner to approach the learned Civil Court for drawing final decree. A copy of order dated 28th November 2025 marked as 'X' be retained in the record.
