Heard Mr. Anabhawane, learned Advocate for Petitioner in both Writ Petitions; Ms. Kapre, learned AGP for Respondent No.1 in both Writ Petitions and Mr. Redij, learned Advocate for Respondent No.2.

Mr. Anabhawane, learned Advocate for Petitioner informs the Court that coercive action in respect of taking possession is slated for tomorrow i.e. 17.07.2025 and Petitioner is residing in the flat alongwith his family.

He would inform the Court that total outstanding amount including interest is Rs.13,24,448/-.

He would submit on instructions received by him that Petitioner in order to show his bonafides will deposit Rs.5,00,000/- tomorrow i.e. 17.07.2025itself with the Bank. 5.

He would submit that Petitioner has agreed to deposit Rs.5,00,000/- by way of Real Time Gross Settlement (for short 'RTGS') tomorrow morning i.e. 17.07.2025 with the Bank. If possible the same can even be deposited today at the convenience of Petitioner. 6.

The details of bank account / RTGS where in the above amount has to be deposited shall be informed to Advocate for Petitioner by Mr. Redij, learned Advocate for Respondent - Bank today itself.

In the meanwhile, no coercive steps shall be taken by the Respondent - Bank with respect to taking any precipitative action with respect to subject flat for the present until tomorrow i.e. 17.07.2025. 8.
