Heard Mr. Anabhawane, learned Advocate for Petitioner in both Writ Petitions; Ms. Kapre, learned AGP for Respondent No.1 in both Writ Petitions and Mr. Redij, learned Advocate for Respondent No.2.

After hearing learned Advocates for the parties and observing compliance of the previous order dated 16.07.2025 as also the bonafides of the Petitioner of having deposited Rs.5,00,000/- with the Respondent in compliance of the said order, Mr. Anabhawane would submit that Petitioner has given instructions to him to submit

that it shall deposit the balance amount of Rs.6,96,531/- being balance principal amount according to the recovery certificate issued in the present case with Respondents. He would in his usual fairness on taking instructions would next submit that Petitioner shall immediately approach the Respondents and hold reconciliation talks with them with respect to grant of One Time Settlement in so far any additional amount due and payable towards the interest quotient is concerned and accordingly inform the Court in the following week. 3.

Respondent No.2 is represented by Mr. Redij. He in his usual fairness would submit that if Petitioner deposits the outstanding liability it would enure to the benefit of Respondent and any such deposit from Petitioner is always welcome. He would submit that if Petitioner approaches the Respondent, he shall also instruct Respondent to hold reconciliation talks for a One Time Settlement for the balance amount to be paid without prejudice to the rights and contentions of both the parties.

Mr. Anabhawane would submit that in so far as the offer which is recorded in this order regarding deposit of balance amount of Rs.6,96,531/- is concerned, Petitioner will require four weeks time to do the same which may be noted by the Court. Subject to the discussion that would take place between Petitioner and Respondent in the following week regarding One Time Settlement, this Court shall

after hearing learned Advocates at the bar pass further orders. 5.

Needless to state that the time of four weeks for the Petitioner to deposit the amount as agreed hereinabove starts from today.
