By this writ petition, the petitioner, inter alia, seeks to quash and set aside the e-tender cum e-auction issued by respondent no. 1 in Scheme No. MM/SCH-39/2024-25 in respect of Plot No. 25, Sector 9, Ghansoli Node, Navi Mumbai. The petitioner, in addition, seeks a direction to the respondents to comply with the order dated 16th February 2023 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 1367 of 2022, by which, the petitioner had been granted liberty to make a proposal to the respondents with regard to its readiness and willingness to raise its bid to match the rate recommended by the independent expert agency.
