Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that this petition needs to be disposed of at the admission stage as a short issue is involved. However, we find that although such prayer has been made for the petition to be considered out of turn, the proper list of dates along with the propositions which the Petitioner intends to advance, has not been circulated, despite a specific note to that effect appearing on the daily cause list being published every day. We, therefore, cannot assist the Petitioner who intends that the petition be granted priority. Let an appropriate list of dates along with the propositions be placed on record so that we can hear the parties and pass appropriate final orders. 3.
