The dispute between the parties pertains to grant of heirship certificate by the learned Trial Court under the Indian Succession Act, 1925. However, Defendant has filed Civil Application in the proceedings for heirship certificate filed by the Plaintiff and in that proceedings, the learned Trial Court has set aside the previous order and revoked its order.

Ms. Modhave, learned Advocate for Respondent would submit that they were served a copy of the Writ Petition only yesterday and she needs to take appropriate instructions and file Vakalatnama.
