We are not satisfied with the Authority of the person who has signed and verified the petition.

Within two weeks, a proper authority shall be filed and petition be re-verified by the person signing and re-verifying the petition. The signatory shall present himself before the Associate of this Court along with the power of attorney issued in his favour by the Company to which shall be annexed an extract of the Board Resolution authorising issuance of such a power of attorney. Failure to strictly comply with these directions shall result in the petition getting dismissed without further reference to the Court.
