Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Petitioner is working with Respondent Nos. 5 and 6/ Management which is supporting the Petitioner as stated by the learned counsel for the Respondent/Management. 3.

Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 submitted a proposal for approval of Petitioner's appointment on 31 December 2019, the same was returned on 29 April 2021, pointing out certain shortfalls. The Petitioner states that shortfalls have been removed and proposal was resubmitted on 3 January 2023, however there is no response. The Sneha Chavan

As we proceed on the basis, though not concluding that the Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 have removed the shortfalls and the decision will have to be taken on merits of the Petitioner's proposal. 5.

Let the decision be taken by Respondent No.4/ the Deputy Director of Education, Kolhapur Region, Kolhapur, within a period of 8 weeks, subject to other time bound directions and pressing public duties, following the methodology laid down by the Judgment and order of this Court in the case of Nitin Bhika Tadge v/s. State of Maharashtra and Ors.1 6.

Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
