Learned counsel for the respondent has raised a preliminary objection to the maintainability of the petition, on the ground that the petitioner is not an aggrieved person, Tilak

In support of the aforesaid submission, reliance has been placed on a Division Bench decision of Aurangabad Bench in Nilesh Suresh Kshatriya Vs. State of Maharashtra 1. In view of aforesaid submission, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for adjournment.
