In this Writ Petition the Petitioner has assailed the validity of the order dated 05/07/2024 by which the bid submitted by the Petitioner was rejected and the tender has been awarded to Respondent No.4. 2.

A Division Bench of this Court had passed an order on 23/07/2024. When the matter is called today, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the against the aforesaid order, the 1/2

(28)wp-10052-2024.doc Respondents have filed Special Leave to Appeal (C ) No. 18014/2024 before the Supreme Court in which interim order has been passed on 23/08/2024, by which the operation of the aforesaid order has been stayed. He has produced copy of the order passed by the Supreme Court, which is taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid submission, hearing is deferred. 4.
