The order dated 23rd July 2025 passed in Writ Petition No.10052 was taken in appeal before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP (C) No. 18014 of 2024 converted into Civil Appeal No. 11187 of 2025. By an order dated 25th August 2025, the order passed by this Court on 23rd July 2024 has been set aside with the following observations: - "
Though arguments have been made at length on behalf of both the parties, we are inclined to interfere with the impugned order as admittedly neither the appellant nor the respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4 have been heard. The impugned order will have an impact on the aforesaid parties.
In such view of the matter, the impugned order is set aside and the matter is remitted to the High Court either to decide the matter by way of an interim order or to decide the main matter itself after hearing the parties concerned. We request the High Court expedite the hearing."
