After hearing for some time and when the court was not inclined to interfere, on the ground that an alternate remedy under Section 152 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 exists for challenging the order passed under Section 154-B(3), the learned counsel for the petitioner upon instructions seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail the alternate remedy. Statement is accepted. Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
