Heard learned counsel for the parties.

On being pointed out that for grievances raised in the instant writ petition, the petitioners have got an efficacious and statutory remedy available under the relevant provisions of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 (hereinafter referred to as "the Act of 1960"), it has been prayed that the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the statutory authority concerned. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.

In case the petitioners approach any of the statutory authorities/bodies, under the Act of 1960 and institute some proceedings, the same shall be decided expeditiously in accordance with law.
