Heard Mr. Patil, the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petition questions the rejection of delay of 150 days in filing a Revision. The learned counsel by relying upon the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Esha Bhattacharjee vs. Managing Committee Of Raghunathpur Nafar, reported in (2013) 12 649, submits, that liberal approach be adopted. 2.
