The limited prayer in this Petition is to direct the Solapur Municipal Corporation to decide the Petitioner's representation dated 20 February 2024, (Exhibit E to the Petition). 3.

Though this is not some statutory representation, we direct the Solapur Municipal Corporation to dispose of the Petitioner's representation for reduction of the standard fee of one per cent based on the value of the property for notifying transfer of tax. 24 July 2024

The representation must be disposed of within three months from today and the decision thereon must be communicated to the Petitioner.

In case, the Solapur Municipal Corporation decides against the Petitioner, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to institute appropriate proceedings, inter alia to question the levy. 6.

All contentions of all the parties are kept open 7.
