The affidavit should inter-alia make disclosures of the zone of the property in question and whether conversion sanad was granted to use this property for non-agricultural property.

Mr. G. S. Godbole, learned senior counsel for the Petitioners states that the structures which are now ordered to be demolished have already sealed by the counsel.

Though Petitioners have attempted to serve the other Respondents, status of service is not yet clear. 6.

Accordingly, we issue notices to the Respondents returnable on 27th August, 2024. The Petitioners to file affidavit of service. 7.

Mr. Yogesh Patil, learned counsel waives service for the Respondent No.1 and Ms. M. P. Thakur, learned AGP waives service for Respondents No.2 to 6/State.
