Heard Mr.Badgujar, the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petition questions the order dated 14.06.2024 (page 122), by which the NA-cum Sale Deed permission which was granted by the order dated 20.05.2022 has been set aside and matter remanded back to the learned Collector. It is contended that, this remand is merely for the sake of asking, as apart from paragraphs 27 and 28, there are no other reasons, recorded for the purpose of remand. It is contended that, this is so in spite of the fact, that the claim made by the respondent No.1, of a challenge to the Mutation Entry No.1822 dated VAI
