The claim for refund of excess stamp duty paid on agreement of development, inadvertently, has been rejected by the impugned order dated 17.05.2024 by the Appellate Authority, on the ground that the claim is made beyond the period of 6 months. It is contended that this amounts to unjust enrichment by VAI
