The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the role of the Respondent No.1/District Women And Child Development Officer under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, is limited and there is no power vested under this Act for directing reinstatement of an employee.
