By this Writ Petition, the Petitioner is seeking a direction to the Respondent to reimburse outstanding fees to the Petitioner school as per letter dated 28th February 2024 (Exh.A to the Petition). SHARAYU PANDURANG KHOT 2.

905-WP-10272-24.doc in view of their statement in the Affidavit in Reply that the fees which are pending in respect of the Petitioner school will be reimbursed within a period of four months of receiving grant. 3.

The learned AGP has stated on oral instructions that the funds will be available with the State of Government for the grant by 31st March 2026. Statement is accepted.

In view of the above statement, within a period of two weeks from 31st March 2026, i.e. on or before 14th April 2026, the process of payment of outstanding fees to the Petitioner school as per letter dated 28th February 2024 (Exh.A to the Petition), shall be completed by the Respondent No. 2 - Nashik Zilla Parishad. 5.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
