Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioners and Respondent No.1b, who is appearing in person.

Respondent No.1a, who is the brother of Respondent No.1b, is also appearing in person.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks short accommodation as the Advocate on record is in personal difficulty. 4.

Respondent No.1b opposes the prayer for continuation of the adinterim relief. 5.

By an order dated 24 July 2024, this Court has granted ad-interim relief after recording reasons. It would, therefore, be necessary to hear and finally decide the Petition at the stage of admission itself. 6.

The pleadings in the matter are complete.
