This Writ Petition is mentioned out of turn at the time of mentioning in the morning by learned Advocate appearing for the Respondents.

Heard Mr. Rathod, learned Advocate for Petitioners and Ms. Nalavade, learned Advocate for Respondent No.1(b) in-person. 3.

She would submit that she is appearing in-person as she is herself one of the Respondent alongwith her elder brother. Writ Petition is filed by one of the younger brother who is Petitioner No.1 before me. I have heard this matter on 24.07.2024, when this matter was mentioned by Mr. Rathod and passed an ad-interim order. 4.

After hearing both the learned Advocates appearing for respective parties, it is seen that dispute between the parties can be

54.WP.10297.2024.doc reconciled if serious approach is made by the learned Advocates who are involved in the present case. I am requesting the learned Advocates to consider the compromise or reconcile strictly without prejudice to their rights and contentions of parties, if it is possible before the next date. In the alternative they can file Affidavit-in-Reply and complete the pleadings.

In the meanwhile, ad-interim relief, if any, granted earlier to continue.
