At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to add the State of Maharashtra through the Superintendent of Land Record (SLR), as party respondent No.5. Leave is granted amendment be carried out forthwith.

The petition questions the order dated 28.09.2020 by the District Superintendent of Land Record (DSLR) (Page- 36) refused Digitally signed by SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Date:

2024.07.29 19:14:43 +0530 to condone the delay of 45 years, in filing an application for SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Sajakali Jamadar

11-WP-10310-2024.doc reopening of the Consolidation Scheme, by which the areas and boundaries of various properties situated in the scheme area were fixed, on the ground that no cause was shown. In Appeal, the SLR, by the order dated 08.04.2024, has condoned the delay and remanded the matter back (Page-42).

Issue notice for final disposal, returnable on 26th August, 2024.

Learned A.G.P. waives service of notice upon respondent No.5.

Till the returnable date, by way of an ad-interim order, the effect and operation of the impugned order dated 08.04.2024 passed by the SLR shall stand stayed.
