Heard Mr Drupad Patil, for the learned counsel for the petitioner. The only grievance raised by the petitioner is that as the Revision pending before the Divisional Commissioner, Pune, is pending and is fixed for 12.08.2024, the same be directed to be decided within a stipulated period of time and in the duration, the Mutation Entry as recorded in the revenue records, with the by ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date:

13-WP-10317-2024.doc entry in the mutation register in the name of the petitioner. She however does not object to the Revision being disposed off within a stipulated period of time.

Learned AGP for respondent No. 2 is also not averse to this proposition, considering which the petition is disposed off by directing the respondent No. 3 to decide the Revision pending before him within a period of 6 weeks from 12.8.2024, on which date the parties shall appear before him without any further notice in that regard. The petitioner undertakes to withdraw the Revision filed before the respondent No. 2 3.

Considering that the respondent No.1, has already field a Counter Claim in Special Civil Suit No. 1418 of 2020, seeking a declaration that the Sale Deed dated 10.4.2019 executed and registered by him in favour of the petitioner be declared as illegal, null and void and cancelled, the Mutation Entry in the name of the petitioner as recorded by the Talathi, shall continue be so recorded till the disposal of the Revision.
