Learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that the Petitions are filed seeking transfer of the Petitioners from

{2} wp10360-24.doc unaided to aided posts and during the pendency of the Petitions, the Management has transferred the Petitioners from unaided to aided posts and even proposals for grant of approval have also been forwarded.

The said statement is also affirmed by Mr. Talhar learned Advocate for the Management.

If the proposals of the Petitioners are submitted by the Management, then the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon shall forward the said proposals to the Commissioner (Education), Maharashtra State, Pune within a period of four weeks from today and thereafter the Commissioner of Education to take decision thereon within a further period of four weeks.
