The only direction sought by the petitioner is for expeditious consideration of its application for intervention that has been filed by it in Dispute No. CCT 70 / 2015 before the Co-operative Court at Thane. It is the case of the petitioner that such application below Exhibit-44 having been filed in April, 2022, the same has not yet been considered though a period of more than two years has elapsed. The roznamas of the proceedings are placed on record to substantiate this contention. 2.
In the facts of the case, since it is seen that the intervention application preferred by the petitioner below Exhibit-44 is pending for a period of more than two years, it is directed that the same shall be decided in accordance with law after giving due opportunity to all parties on its own merits within a period of eight weeks of receiving copy of this order. 1/2 Digitally signed by SNEHA ABHAY DIXIT Date:
