Learned Counsel for Respondent on instructions states that Respondent - Authority will decide the Petitioner's Application with another pending Application within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of this order. Statement is accepted. 4.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the matter for further consideration of this Court. Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed.

Needless to state that we have not gone into the merits of the Application pending before the Respondent - Authority nor have gone into the other reliefs sought by the Petitioner since the only prayer clause pressed by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner was prayer clause (c).
